Who can enter:	Open to all members of the public
How to enter:	Entry to the prize draw is free. To be in with the chance of winning all entrants must do is make a donation (of any value) to the East Lothian Foodbank via the following link:  www.virginmoneygiving.com/fund/ASILSO leaving their email address within the donation caption.
Start Date:	Monday 27th July, 2020.
Closing Date/Time:	Midnight (GMT) on Sunday 16th August, 2020.
Ineligible to enter:	All members of the public are eligible to enter. Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.
Prize Details:	One winner will receive an Aberdeen Standard Investments Ladies Scottish Open goody bag comprising of a polo shirt, golf balls, tees, a cap, a signed pin flag amongst other things.
Winner selection and publicity:	The prize winner will be selected by a random ballet by an official judicator. The winners will be contacted via the email address (from which they entered) by the Aberdeen Standard Investments sponsorship team. By entering, the winners will be deemed to have agreed to their name  being published on Aberdeen Standard Investments Ladies Scottish Open communications channels.
Winner notification (date/time):	The winners will be contacted the week commencing 17th August. If they are unable to claim their prize than they have 2 months (from the entry date) to claim their prize and must provide a postal address to the Aberdeen Standard Investments sponsorship team (via email) to ensure their prize can be delivered. Failure to claim the prize within the time limit specified will result in the prize being forfeited and the selection of an alternative winner by Aberdeen Standard Investments sponsorship team at its discretion.

Standard Terms and Conditions for this Prize Promotion (“Terms”)

By entering this Prize entrants are deemed to have read this Schedule and these Terms and agreed to be bound by them, together with the specific instructions communicated on the ground in Davos.

1. The Aberdeen Standard Investments sponsorship team reserve the right to amend or cancel this Competition, and these Terms, without any prior notice, and any changes will be posted within these Terms.

2.This Promotion is free to enter, open to all eligible members of the public, and only one entry per person is permitted.

3. To be entered to win a Prize, entrants must enter as instructed between the Start Date and Closing Date/Time. Any entries received after the Closing Date/Time shall not be valid or entered. Entrants who do not meet the entry criteria will not be entered.

4.No cash equivalent, choice or alternative Prize will be available and each Prize will be subject to any additional terms and conditions that are reproduced or referenced on the Prize and on any related website. Any venue or event owners or organisers connected with the Prize are not sponsors of or participants in this Promotion, unless otherwise stated. Each Prize is not transferable or for resale and will be awarded to the Winner chosen.

5.The Winner must accept the Prize, where the Aberdeen Standard Investments sponsorship team is unable to make direct contact with the Winner (having attempted to contact the Winner using social media) by any Winner Notification Date/Time stated, this will be treated as the Winner failing to accept the Prize and the Aberdeen Standard Investments sponsorship team reserves the right to select an alternative Winner. Each Prize will only be made available for collection at, or dispatch to, a confirmed postal address.

6.Any personal information collected from you by the Aberdeen Standard Investments sponsorship team will be used lawfully in accordance with the Terms and the UK Data Protection Act 1998, and solely for the purposes of identifying and contacting each Winner. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees that the Aberdeen Standard Investments sponsorship team or any other company member of Standard Life Aberdeen group may publish the Winner’s social media handle.

7.In the event of any fault, error, misunderstanding or dispute concerning these Terms, the decision of the Aberdeen Standard Investments sponsorship team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.Singular terms include the plural and these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with English law. If any provision of these Terms proves to be illegal or unenforceable, this shall not prevent the remaining provisions remaining in full force and effect. Any disputes will be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
